Our senior team has over sixty years of experience in transaction and investment support. As well as advising, we are able to empathise with clients undertaking investment decions. We have ourselves participated in MBOs, bought and sold a variety of businesses, and invested in companies whilst working in acquisitive corporates, private equity houses, and fund management.

Den Lackner

Den Lackner has extensive strategy, corporate finance and transaction expertise, having advised on some of the largest and most complex international integrations, separations and carve-outs. Den has worked closely with the Boards and investment committees of large corporates and private equity houses on over 30 acquisition, disposal and portfolio optimisation programmes, focused on delivering superior financial performance through superior strategy, planning and execution. Den previously held senior management positions at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and at Deloitte Corporate Finance and has worked extensively on high-profile cross-border transactions. Den’s sector experience includes integrated travel and tourism, aerospace, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer products. Den holds a D.Phil from Oxford University and is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
